Refund Policy

Credit / Debit Card or Net-Banking payments will be refunded within 6 to 8 working days in the same Card or Bank account details given by the customer. It may also vary depending on the customer’s bank and payment gateway provider.

Please note that we shall not be responsible for any delays in credit to the Cardholder’s credit/debit card account as that is managed by the Cardholder’s issuing bank.

For returns, the refund process will be initiated once we have received the product(s).

Shipping: Our website allows free shipping to customers based on certain criteria such as minimum purchase value in the kart. This criteria is subject to change based on the website owner’s decision and the same information will be updated on the site as and when updated.

We try to ship all orders within 12-72 hours of receiving them. Normally orders are placed before 4 pm on a business day (Monday to Friday), we aim to ship the same day, provided payment is received and stock availability is confirmed. Orders placed after 4 pm will be shipped the next business day. Orders received on Saturday after 1 pm and on Sunday / National Holidays are dispatched the following Monday or next working day. During holiday periods, there can be processing and shipping delays.

We don’t ship orders to PO boxes or military addresses. Villages / Rural domestic addresses require 2-4 days extra for delivery.

 Cancellation of Order by User

  • Cancellation of an order can be done within the max of 3 hours of making an order or before the order is shipped.

For canceling your order, you will have to get in touch with our Customer Support Team by sending an email [email protected]  or  [email protected] giving your Order Number.

This shall be regardless of whether the order has been confirmed and/or payment has been received. The 100% payment shall be refunded and the User shall be informed of the same.

If an order is not delivered or late delivery occurs due to a mistake by the customer (i.e. wrong or incomplete name or address or customer not available or any other related reason) any extra cost spent by https://indiabatterymart.com for re-delivery shall be claimed from the User.

Replacement/ Return Policy:

Return item must reach us within 6 days of delivery to customer except for the following reason:

  1. Items that have been used or opened (original packing of item)
  2. Any item not returned in the condition it was received.
  3. Any item received by us in a damaged condition.

We always take safety measures to ensure that the items delivered to the customer you are in perfect condition. However, there is a remote possibility that:

  • The product may be damaged during transit
  • Or there might be a manufacturing defect
  • Or that a wrong item is delivered to you

In only such cases as given above, we will replace the item at no extra cost, provided that the request for replacement/return of an item is made within the stipulated time-frame as given below.

To get a replacement, email us your Order Number and the Reason for returning. Only after receiving our confirmation for the return, you are requested to send the item back to us. We will then arrange for the replacement of the item through our logistics partner. We shall not be responsible for any items sent to us for return/replacement without our confirmation.

Our Return Policy:

  • The replacement requests must be made within 2 days of the delivery date.
  • There are no extra shipping charges for the delivery of replacement items for the reasons mentioned above.
  • We will pay the customer return courier charges along the refund amount.
